At Inn Street Montessori School we approach learning through a cosmic or holistic perspective. In our classrooms children learn that all action impacts others. Respect for oneself, nature, work materials, others and others work is strongly emphasized. Children are taught to empathize with the feelings of peers, openly accept differences and explore cultures through in-depth studies and open discussions of social issues. This peace education inspires children to become more compassionate individuals as they begin to positively impact the world.
